This 1950’s Sleepy Hollow Ranch Style home was in need of a bit of TLC prior to selling but, our clients were not sure where to start or end their renovations.  We brought in our team of pre-sale preparation specialists including a handyman, painter, flooring specialist, landscaper and property staging firm to assess the level of renovations required to reach the seller’s price expectations.
